Approach We work with the internal motivations and fears of people, in the context of the situation or the organisation they are in. What really matters? You work with your own challenges in a facilitated process that you can continue to use any time after the course. Using this, you will see new opportunities and be able to make the best choices, both for the short and the long term. In this special course, we work with horses, in collaboration with an experienced coach from www.kudde.be. This is a deeply insightful process through which you experience directly how you come across as a leader: what works and what doesn’t. Programme The programme offers a combination of theoretical insights, reflections, and exercises with horses. We focus on 3 main themes: 1: Getting yourself into a resourceful mental state – beyond fear – as a starting point for any communication, for decision-making, for goal-setting, for action. 2: Where do you want to go? And how to intrinsically motivate others to go there, together. 3: Creating a mentally safe environment for everyone to be at their best.
